Any person that is desiring to address the Mobile City Council must sign in indicating the resolution, the ordinance or public hearing agenda item before entering the meeting.

Um first off, I want to congratulate all the candidates uh that uh entered into the race for whether it was the city council or the uh mayor's race.

Uh also want to thank them, compliment them, congratulate them.

Uh this wasn't an ordinary city election.

All the district lines have been redrawn, which makes for a lot of confusion of where people vote.

They think they voted the same place year after year, and that wasn't necessarily the case for a lot of our uh constituents, and like most people, they really don't look to see where they vote until right before they go vote.
