I mean, they're cleaning up um yeah, that that parcel of land has just a series of old roads through it, so they're cleaning up all of those to make one lot, and I believe that one lot's gonna be the entire warehouse.

So the only roads that we're we're keeping a piece of road.

Um, that's the grant that we've the cities along with MAA has applied for, but it's not this piece of those roads.

I mean, I could show it to you on a meaning is that that's that's coming off of Raven Drive and that section of roads, yeah.

It's dedicated back to the city, but will the stormwater management funds one and two we're gonna take that piece, but this is what you're trying to do yeah, okay.

So we will not we will not take their pod.

Um is this typical um that we use Coastal Alabama Community College for the fire fire courses.

Um do we have um or is it any um available schools in the city limits that provide these services good morning council um so we currently offer two with one with the being south and the other being coastal um so we give them a chance because they have different programs and how they they administer those but currently we only offer south or coastal so we do have one inside the city limits okay um is it um does bishop state have any of these courses no sir not that i'm aware of okay and um does the courses that are at coastal um different from the courses at south alabama so south actually requires a few extra um items or classes that they have to take as prerequisites but the actual paramedic course itself it goes over three semesters and so they have different um parts to that we can get you a breakdown of what all those classes are okay only reason why I'm saying is you know of course we just want to support things in the city limits and if we have the services but I understand if we don't have it if they don't meet the needs requirements um and this is
