Appeals, we have requests for wave of the noise ordinance on March the 29th from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on airport boulevard April 17th from 4 p.m. until 12 a.m. on Dauphin Street. April the 2nd through the 4th from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Dolphin Island Parkway. April the 11th from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at McNally Park. April the 9th from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Langham Park. What change that to 9? And June the 13th from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Ziggler Boulevard. That's fine. Everybody okay with the waivers? Yes. Okay. Okay. Public hearing today is a public hearing concerning BNB auto record suspension from the city's record rotation list. We have uh received some information on this. Um maybe we could get just um some details prior to the meeting so that we all know okay, Chief. Good morning. So uh Corporal Rusty Hodges here with me today. He's the one that did the investigation. He's gonna speak to you. Uh the only thing I'd like to keep in mind this is a third violation of similar within a one year period, and so that's why the actions were taken uh during Marty Gross. So uh Hodge is here. He did the investigation, he's the one that inspects our records to make sure they're prepared. Okay, good morning. Good morning. Do you have any specific questions? I think just an overview um why this came about and what you're asking us to do. Um BMB telling contrary to their letter, uh their grievance letter has a long history of uh non-compliance with the city. That's my job is the record compliance. Um I've tried to work with them over the last four years in this position. Um they've continued to be non-compliant. So I started issuing the suspensions.
