Appeals, we have requests for wave of the noise ordinance on October the 24th on South Sage Avenue from 5 p.m.

until 10 p.m.

September the 5th through the 7th on Burton Wood Drive from 2 p.m.

until 10 p.m.

And I need to change that to 9 p.m.

Public hearing today is the public hearing to fix the cost of demolition of structures at 1910 Illine Street, 1255 Brussels Street, and 1314 Um PCAN Street.

Sorry, I had to walk out of the um so I mean this this needs to go to committee, I think, and um I believe you agree, uh, Madam Vice President.

My only concern is that we've got the budget coming out.

When we're supposed to receive the budget.

21st.

Yeah, I don't I hate to intermingle you know, a controversial animal ordinance uh with our budget discussion, but you know, I guess we we are where we're at, but if I mean we discussed the 18th possibly being a committee.

Yeah, um if this has no impact on the budget other than with increasing fines, um we can lay it over till the 20.

Let's see.

Fifth, hold a committee meeting on the 18th.

If there is no rush on this one way or the other, if if y'all want to lay this over until after the budget, we could do that.

I I don't know.

I'll say let's let's see how the committee goes, and then we can make a decision after that.

Okay, well, let's like for now.

Why don't we lay it over until August 25th?

And hold our committee meeting on the 18th.

That'll be a public safety committee meeting.

Uh we've got something on the schedule already, but shouldn't take long.

So we'll just do it at uh I guess two o'clock for the um public safety committee meeting on that.

Um course the I think the reasoning to do this.

We've all received emails from people who were concerned about the ordinance as it's written.

A lot of questions about breeds, about aggressive dogs, uh, number of dogs.

You know, you can have those sorts of things.

So um we need to take a look at those and allow the administration an opportunity to explain better how we arrived where we are, because we had some meetings, and I think we better understand it, but the public doesn't.
