So the first order of business is discussion regarding failure to meet purchaser obligations in the 2014 Racekovic Development Agreement for Land Purchase and Development in the North Industrial Park. The second order of business will be doing a closed session is consideration of two letter of intents to purchase city property in the North Industrial Park. And last um it'll be consideration of terms to incentivize residential development and TID 9. I just need a motion. Motion to go into close. Second.
