For this meeting, we will have uh three orders uh in closed session, and then we'll reopen again to discuss with possible action for those closed discussions closed discussion topics. So the first order of um business closed 19.85E, deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. So the first order of business is consideration of letter of interest to purchase property, uh five-acre parcel in the North Industrial Park. The second order in closed session will be discussion regarding failure to meet purchaser obligations in the 2016 Race Covic development agreement for land purchase and development in the North Industrial Park.
