The Finance and Taxation Committee of the City of Monroe, Wisconsin, met on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 5:50 PM in City Hall Council Chambers. The meeting was called to order with members Heidi Treuthardt, Dylan McGuire, Richard Thoman, and Matt Sheaffer present. The committee approved the minutes from April 13, 2026, as presented, then entered a closed session lasting from 5:52 PM to 7:26 PM to discuss four property and development matters under Wisconsin statute 19.85(E). Upon returning to open session, the committee took one action and adjourned at 7:29 PM.

We have one order of business that um we'll move on to council um the consideration of uh purchase the right of purchasing the purchasing land for the right-of-way of 13th street and 31st Avenue and that will we need a motion, right? Okay, we'll make a motion to move that on to council. I'll second that. We have a motion and second. We'll take the roll call vote, please. Alder Schaefer, aye. Alder McGuire, aye, and Alder True Hart. Aye. And that moves on to council. Um is there any are there any any business by members? I just want to put on record that there was no action taken from D1.
