The meeting of a Monterey city board or commission was called to order on October 22, 2026. Roll call confirmed the presence of Vice Chair Graf, Termoro, Dean Lormay, and Eddie; Harish was absent. The chair called for public comment on the agenda item regarding the library director and order view. No members of the public offered comments, either in person or via Zoom (the chair conducted a countdown to allow remote participation). The board then exited to closed session.
