Yes, we do have one change on item 5A. In the second paragraph in the background section, it says on July 15th, 2024. That date should actually be August 19th, 2024, because that's when the meeting was held. It was in August, not July. August 19th? Correct. Okay. All righty. Change so noted. Public comment. Public comment provides an opportunity for members of the public to directly address the commission on items of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the commission. If your comments pertain to a specific item on the agenda, reserve your comments until the item is before the commission. Are there any public comments from the audience? No, seeing none. Since we have received no additional comments from the public, we will now conclude the general public comment portion of the agenda. Consent calendar. These routine items can be approved in one motion and vote. If a commissioner wishes to address discuss an item, they can request that that item be removed from the consent calendar.
