I did have just one announcement to make that we may be looking to reschedule our March meeting.

There's a conflict with the room on that day, so um Caitlin will put out a poll to everybody, and we can formally agendize a change if we if we reach uh agreement on a date through the email poll, and we'll put that in the February meeting, but we are looking to try to move that.

Uh and the recruitment status report.

Caitlin, can you provide an update on the recruitment status report?

Yes, thank you, Chair Halliday.

As you can see, we we're we're busy with recruitments in the new year.

Um, we're conducting three days of police officer trainee interviews this week.

We held the first day today, and we have two more days on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

We're also holding phone interviews for junior assistant engineer in our public works department later this week.

We're currently accepting applications right now for materials diversion analysts and a water distribution supervisor in our utilities department, and we're also accepting applications for a property tech in our police department.

Um you'll also notice we have two promotional recruitments right now for materials divergent analysts and police lieutenant, which means these recruitments are only open to City of Napa full-time classified employees.

We also wanted to share with you our recruitment timeline for our police lieutenant promotional recruitment that's currently underway right now.

So back on January 14th, we held our first information session for candidates to learn more about the role in the testing process, and then on January 16th, we started accepting applications for police lieutenant, and then last this past Friday on January 23rd, we held our second information session, and then tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27th, is when our application submittal period closes, and then Wednesday, February 11th.

We are planning to hold the police lieutenant testing process, and then we will be bringing the results to the commission at our our next commission meeting on February 23rd, and those are our updates.
