- The applicant, Katie Schaefer, rebutted the concerns, stating she plans to install a fence and disputed allegations about intoxicated patrons.

I can see it. All right. So here we go. Good evening. And welcome to the May 6th, 2021 City of Napa regular meeting for the Planning Commission. Our first item roll call, please. Thank you. Chair Kelly. Present. Vice Chair Onyate. Uh oh. Okay. Noted absent for now. Commissioner Masaro. I am here. Thank you. Commissioner Hurtado. Here. So at this time we have four commissioners present with Vice Chair Onyate noted absent. No, you didn't ask me if I was here. Oh, I'm sorry, you are here. I saw your toes. Um, Commissioner Hewther. Okay. All right. Um, item number two, summary of meeting procedures. Staff, could you please explain to our viewers how the public will participate in the meeting this evening? Thank you, Chair Kelly. For each section of the agenda, when public comment is asked for, members of the public who wish to speak on the item should use Zoom's raise your hand button to indicate that they would like to speak. And this appears as an on-screen button for those who've joined the teleconference online. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the commission will conduct this meeting as a teleconference in accordance with governor's executive orders. Staff, are there any changes to this evening's agenda? Uh there are no changes, and staff had has noted that vice chair on Yate has joined the meeting. Okay, very good. Um Commissioners, are there any proposed changes to this evening's agenda? Mr. Chair, I was uh see if I get any support from my colleagues on the commission, but I was gonna suggest that we put the tattoo parlor on Jefferson Street on consent. On consent. So Commissioner Hewlers has proposed that we move uh our first hearing to consent calendar.
