Okay, we're ready. Good evening. Welcome to the July 18th, 2024 City of Napa regular meeting for the planning commission, which happens to also fall on Gordon Heuther's birthday. Happy birthday, Corden. I would like to call this meeting to order and ask staff to conduct roll call. Commissioner Heuther. Happy birthday to me. Commissioner Myers. Happy birthday to you. And Chair Shotwell. Happy birthday, Gordon. And then I have Vice Chair Kelly noted absent. We will now rise for the Pledge of Allegiance. To the flag of the United States of America. One nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Amen. The Planning Commission conducts all meetings in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act. And pursuant to the city's rules of order for planning commission meetings. Policy resolution 10. Staff, are there any changes to this evening's agenda? Yes, I'd like to propose that we move item 7a to the August 1st Planning Commission. Uh there is a last-minute conflict of interest that came up, which would result in us not having a quorum for that item. Okay, and we don't we do not need to vote on that. Public comment. Public comment provides an opportunity for members of the public to directly address the planning commission on items of interest not otherwise noted on the agenda. Each speaker's comments will be limited to three minutes and will comply with the rules of order for planning commission meetings. Do we have any members of the public who wish to provide public comments on non-agenda items? Okay. Consent calendar. These routine items may be approved by a single vote. However, any member of the public or commissioner may remove an item for consideration during the public hearing portion of the agenda. This evening we are reviewing the planning commission regular meeting minutes for June 6th, 2024. Is there a motion to approve the consent calendar as submitted? So moved. Second. All in favor, aye. Motion passes. Consent hearings. These are items that are required to be noticed as a public hearing, but the city is not aware of any interest from members of the public to comment on the item. However, any members of the public or commissioner may remove an item from the consent hearing calendar, and the item will be considered during the public hearing portion of the agenda. Tonight we have item 6A, Borrett Lane tentative parcel map at 1030 Borrett Lane. Item 6B, West Lincoln Parcel Map Extension 2 at 2038 West Lincoln Avenue, and item 6C, Milliken Creek Parcel Map Extension 3 West of Silverado Trail.
