I would like to call this meeting to order and ask Myra to please conduct a roll call.

The Planning Commission conducts all meetings in accordance with the Ralph M.

Brown Act and pursuant to the city's rules of order for Planning Commission meetings, policy resolution 10.

Staff, are there any changes to the evening's agenda or any supplemental reports?

Yes, we have two items point of clarity.

So for item six A, we'll need to clarify for the record the staff report reflects 258 River Soundway, but the project site is actually a 285 River Soundway.

Legal ad was accurate, the agenda was accurate.

It's just a nuance for the verbal record.

Public comment provides an opportunity for members of the public to directly address the planning commission on items of interest not otherwise noted on the agenda.

Each speaker's comments will be limited to three minutes and will comply with the rules of order for planning commission meetings.

Seeing that there is no public here, we will move on.

These routine items may be approved by a single vote.

However, any member of the public or commissioner may remove an item for discussion during the public hearing portion of the agenda.

This evening we are reviewing the planning commission regular meeting minutes for June 18th, 2026.

Consent hearings.

Consent hearing items are considered routine and may be approved together by a single vote to the commission.

However, any member of the public or commission may remove an item from the consent hearing calendar, and the item will be considered during the public hearing portion of the agenda.

Lastly, are there any comments by a commissioner or a staff member?

Maybe it's another shameless plug of our the workshop on July 14th for the zoning ordinance update.

We held at 5 30 in the Napa County Library.

Um just because we've received some comments so far asking if that will be streamed.

That won't be streamed or available as a recording, but the study session with the planning commission on the 16th will be both streamed and a recording will be available upon completion, probably by the next day.

I have a question about that.

If is it okay if more than two members of the planning commission attend that community workshop?

Is it is there any issue with us attending that?

It is okay for you to be present.

What the Brown Act bars is uh you discussing items that are within your jurisdiction outside the you know of a regular Brown Act notice meeting.

So if you attend and this is a uh and you you're not meeting with more than two of your colleagues here and discussing those items with them, then that's fine.

But don't sit together.

Yeah, avoiding the appearance of having a you know uh uh uh an improper meeting is uh I think you should keep that in mind.

And then uh July 16th, we'll have the study session um with the planning commission.

Both of those efforts will be led by our consultant.

You'll see um our retired annuity um Mike Walker at the workshop.

If you choose to attend, he won't be at the study session.

So if you want to see him, maybe that's a time to to see him.

Also, want to speak into the record that both Mexico and the U.S.

are moving on to the round of 16, and that during the Planning Commission special meeting on Tuesday, June 30th, we heard through the council chambers when Mexico scored both goals.

So, that was pretty exciting.
