Uh the water they installed, they've been driving over, so it's crushed and it needs to be replaced, and uh there's some unprotected storage rates out there we we asked them to take care of and then Westgate has also got some sediment on the road and their construction entrance is missing so we're asking them to put that in also so Wesley.

There was they requested some slight wording modification and uh within the agreement uh that would allow it to transfer from the the builder to the homeowners association.

Um then I've I've reviewed that with Shane and we were able to move forward with some language that we thought was appropriate uh to be able to handle that to where when they're ready to transfer that over, then the city has to agree to that transfer.
