I will call to order the May 4th 2026 meeting of the New Albany Redevelopment Authority. We're going to start with the roll call. I'll call your name if you can signify you're here by saying here. So Terry Becker, I'm here. Trent Baker. It's not here. And Cheryl Bailey. Present. All right. We're going to start off with a comment from the public. And it looks like we haven't had anybody to join us, so we'll move past that one. Next, we're going to review the minutes from February 6th and get approval on those. Make a motion to approve. And I'll second that. Good job. Taking notes. And we have new business, which is new the April TIFF report. Yes, so this is submitted to the controller who then inputs this information into gateway to be submitted to the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance. So this is due on April 15th. This goes through the members and officers of the redevelopment authority, any expenditures that are made, as well as any grants or loans which this body does not have, as well as it goes through all of the uh cash on hand and expenditures and revenues that are related to each uh TIFF and um fund through this body, as well as the parcel list. So it's a large um document um that compiles um everything that is related to the revolving authority for new albumy. Um as uh Mr. Becker and I spoke about earlier, this is the first time this has come before this board is a change to the state legislature, so uh you all will start seeing this um regularly um each year. So we just ask for um your approval um on that report, or if you have any questions um or changes um to let me know. Reviewed it while it looks good. Make a motion to approve. And I will second it. Uh the the next thing we have is the disbursement approvals on the very last page. So these are the disbursements that we bring to you each of these meetings uh for approval. So this summarizes those disbursements between January and February of this year, totaling that 587,290 dollars, and attached to that memo is the ledger that shows um that disbursement there.
