The New Albany Redevelopment Commission met on June 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. The commission approved a bid for Silver Street Park turf field equipment, accepted bids for the MSFT North segment contingent on staff review, approved an emergency repair program extension, and authorized the IUS Gateway Project Agreement subject to legal review. A request for security equipment quotes was tabled. The meeting also included approval of minutes and claims.

Um so I would um as long as we'll have staff um review uh the bids that came in, or the one bid that came in as long as uh it's agreeable to the bid documents that were sent out would ask for um your approval uh on this bid today.
