- Sewer Adjustment – Tustin Capital Investment: The board considered an $11,593.73 adjustment for a boiler leak in the basement that caused a single billing cycle to exceed $10,000 (normal bills are minimum bills). A board member questioned whether a sump pump involved was connected to the sewer system, which is not allowed. The board approved the adjustment contingent on verification from the property owner that the sump pump is not tied to the sewer system. Approved unanimously with the condition.
- Financial Report: The billing revenue for the previous month was $1,141,600, within the budgeted range. No other changes from the last written report were noted.
- Utility Report: Mike Wallace reported that the wastewater treatment plant was in full compliance for March 2026. An ongoing project involves cleaning the IPS station after debris damaged a pump; one replacement pump is still on order. Bond-funded projects are progressing, with work expected to begin soon.

Indivisible liberty just for all. Good deal. The first item on the agenda is the approval of corrections of the minutes from June 11th. Consider a motion to approve our bill. I'm like that motion there and approve it, presented. Second time. Okay. We have a motion and second. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Aye. Okay, those minutes have been approved. Thank you. Next we'll drop down to bids and contracts. None today, sir. Okay. Thanks, Mike. Next we'll drop down. Mike got some new business before us. Yes, we have one. This is a for the knobs landing uh capacity certification. This is a project off old Van Sinn's road. Uh it's an apartment bank slash retail uh project, about 124 parment units and then bank and retail on the bottom. Uh 35,000 gallons per day is what they're projecting. Uh you should have the Clark Deeds capacity uh certification there in front of you. So I will say that this once this development is complete, this section, which is pretty well built out anyway, will be a capacity. And we do have a 12-inch main on the other side of the road that things can go to that uh will help alleviate that, but they will have to be diverted to that side after this. Didn't we get that bottleneck out of there with that last work on Ben's? Yes, it's kind of separate of this, but yes, it's it's on the other side of the road of of this development. Our future is pretty much gonna be building up there and we got that one place, one uh area where we have a pipe that was installed, it's still dry, or we started using it where there's two lines running parallel, and we don't use them one. Uh the one section going uh north on Triverstill Dry at the point at this moment, but there is some development in the talls. Okay. I'll make a motion we approve this application as presented.
