1:13

One thing for the board today.

1:16

Um the uh new omni's new uh public works facility has been under review from our third party uh uh drainage review uh team and as part of that they were required to um get approval from the uh stormwater board for underground detention and so uh I wanted to make the request today that the uh public works facility uh as part of that uh review process have the underground detention approved by the board to be able to move forward with that uh that process.

1:54

Because as part of the manual it does require that the board's approval as well as having bonds in place, and so I'm I'm working with them to get bond paperwork in place to make sure that it's installed properly.

2:06

Okay.

2:07

So we'd be reviewed uh approving a contingent upon the third party review or something to that effect.

2:13

The reviews uh primarily complete at this point.

2:17

Uh that was one of the comments that they were required to address as part of the review.

2:21

So I again I I just wanted to bring it to the board to be able to get that approval so that they can get their f their final approval to move forward on that.

2:31

I'll make a motion that we approve for underground detention for the public public works public.

2:38

That's correct, yes.

2:39

And can you send us a plans for that so we know we're approving?

2:42

I could uh just forward to us.

2:44

Yeah, I'll I'll I'll get I'll get those to you, yes.

2:46

Yeah, we know what we're doing.

2:48

Okay.

2:49

I'll say that motion I suppose no, so that's been approved.

2:55

Anything else?

2:57

That's all I have today.

2:58

Okay, thank you.

3:00

All right, uh we'll go down to our staff at Fortsville.

3:03

Have you got anything for us?

3:06

Uh crews are just continuing with the vegetation sweeping process.

3:10

Uh we're still trying to clean catch up from all the rain that we keep on getting in between, so just takes us a little time.

3:18

Any questions for Phil?

3:20

All right.

3:20

Well, so you want to go to your reports?

3:24

Yeah, some uh trucks on the roadway, a few different job sites, but overall everything pretty good this week.

3:33

3:36

The building resolution building for last month was $50,000 $235 and commercial building.

3:47

It was $313,000.

3:54

There's no other changes in the report.

3:59

All right, thank you.

4:01

All right, I guess that brings us to the claims.
