3. CenterPoint Energy – Encroachment Permit

Mickey Thompson (for CenterPoint Energy) requested an encroachment permit to retire gas service and install a new gas service at 1818 Conservative Street. A sidewalk panel will need to be removed. The board approved the permit.

4. Emergency Sewer Repair

A city official reported an emergency sewer repair at 323 East Ninth Street (corner of Spring Street) due to an upcoming wedding party. The repair was completed immediately. The board ratified the emergency action.

5. Street Closures for Vegetation Control
