So we have a basic drainage plan that we would like we're requesting preliminary approval based on our third party engineering review. No, sir. Okay, it's yet to be done. Okay. Well, is that you have you had a change to look at this yet? I I reviewed it for the purposes of the ingress and egress, but not in terms of the uh the drainage. Um typically uh how we've done it in the past uh any time that there was uh uh an approval needed, we would rely on the the third party for for that approval. And uh it would only come before the board if there was some sort of variance from the normal procedure that we would follow. So uh in this particular instance, uh, unless there's something uh out of the ordinary on this plan as it goes to the third party review, uh I I think that it would be fine just uh to review. So approve a contingent upon it. Yeah, we approved a contention upon them, but typically we we don't even uh uh for third-party review items unless it's something such as underground detention or if there's some sort of variance from a normal procedure.
