Outside of that, we are moving into preparing for our final few requirements for the Army Corps Engineers inspection next year, their five years inspection.

Uh first uh is a joint resolution.

Uh this is a joint resolution between the redevelopment commission and the flight control.

As you're aware, the uh commission has uh authorized and began uh design and scoping in various projects throughout the city, uh which includes projects uh down on the riverfront and down in flight controls district.

So it only seemed uh proper predicts to ensure that flight controls involved in those map in those matters since uh it does involve you know the other side of the floor, so URL's basic jurisdiction.

And so what this does is it allows and authorizes this board and the commission to more or less work together.

Uh they're delegating some of their responsibilities and authority that they did through the process uh to this board.

You guys will handle some of those components and uh creates the collaborative effort, and again it's more of to uh to ensure that the proper parties are involved when it involves each other's jurisdictions.
