- Joint Resolution with Redevelopment Commission: Authorized collaboration between the Flood Control Board and the Redevelopment Commission on riverfront projects within the flood control district. The commission delegated certain responsibilities to the board. Passed unanimously.
- Resolution Authorizing Execution of Agreements: Expanded on the joint partnership, authorizing execution of a BLC/BOT installment agreement, participation purchase agreement, and other documents for projects at the QRS site along the riverfront, including earthwork and amenities. Passed unanimously.

Good morning. Call the board of July 14th, 2026 meeting of the New Albany Flood Control District Board of Commissioners. We go with approval amendments. Make a motion to approve. Second. Motion's been made, moved by second. All those in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Aye. Aye. No one opposed motion carried. Anyone from the public. Communications from the director. Good morning. For the record, the river level is currently at 18.59 feet. Some updates from the last month. The riverfront bathrooms are fully finished and remodeled back open to the public. That kind of coincided with the Fourth of July event, which was successful. Outside of that, we are moving into preparing for our final few requirements for the Army Corps Engineers inspection next year, their five years inspection. So gates are all good, turned everything. That's kind of our focus moving into the rest of the summer and fall. So about it. Questions for the director. Do you want to push that understanding? Yeah, we're good. Under new foot. I'll take over. Yes. All right. Uh first uh is a joint resolution. Uh this is a joint resolution between the redevelopment commission and the flight control. As you're aware, the uh commission has uh authorized and began uh design and scoping in various projects throughout the city, uh which includes projects uh down on the riverfront and down in flight controls district. So it only seemed uh proper predicts to ensure that flight controls involved in those map in those matters since uh it does involve you know the other side of the floor, so URL's basic jurisdiction. And so what this does is it allows and authorizes this board and the commission to more or less work together. Uh they're delegating some of their responsibilities and authority that they did through the process uh to this board. You guys will handle some of those components and uh creates the collaborative effort, and again it's more of to uh to ensure that the proper parties are involved when it involves each other's jurisdictions. So I think this one is titled for flight controlly oh three. Make a motion to approve. Second. Motion's been made to vote by second. All those in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Aye. Aye. No one opposed a motion carried. And the second resolution, which we all forward in front of you is uh expanding off of that uh joint agreement and joint partnership with the commission. Uh it's a resolution authorizing the execution of BLC. BOT installment agreement, participation purchase agreement, and any other documents necessary to fulfill and carry out these projects. As your way of the project will include some of the areas of the QRS site uh along the riverfront and earthwork and various other amenities being added, and uh this will assist uh in getting that process finalized moving and complete make a motion to approve does there need to be a stipulation on signatories for this. Um there I think we in the agreement itself we put Brad and or Mickey exhibit C in each case together, such a modification mic will not be a fair what's that it's section two provided.
