The plan called for closing Pearl at the Oak intersection for about two weeks while curb and asphalt were installed, a soft closure on Bank for approximately 45 days for emergency vehicles, then a full closure for pipe work, and 45-60 days of Oak Street work between Oak and Bank. The board approved and asked the crew to monitor detour signs and keep the board informed about relocating the post office mailbox.
- Second Opinion Plumbing item at 1621: No action was taken because the applicant had not responded to follow-up and did not appear.
Communications - City Officials

Good morning. Aaron Sutherland with uh Prime AE. We're the uh lead designer for this project. SME is our geotech. Um I believe they've submitted a permit to do some borings at the intersection of spring and behero. There's nine soil borings along with six borings in uh Spring Street, along with one on uh North Bahero, one on South Baharrell. The proposed borings are August 11th and 12th between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. with August 13th if necessary due to delay, sir. Sorry, could you state your name for the public? Yes, Aaron Sutherland. Thank you. And this is the project uh the city's doing at the intersection of Bearroll and Spring. So that's the myth that you submitted. And Aaron, you said you're with Prime AE? Yes. I'm not sure what I'll got submitted, but I it sent us a copy of the maintenance of traffic. Uh so they've got you can bring it up because it's not with what he's I think. I think this actually was submitted before we before the issue came up or came out. Sorry. Uh about the maintenance of traffic. Well we're having trouble with our server right now. Okay. So those depends on the I mean there's going to be there's signs and fair dates on spring, so the center of the left line will be open when they're doing private things, but here we'll have flaggers to traffic around. And when did you what days did you want to do this work? The permit says August 11th through the 13th. Is that correct? The days that you guys will be out here? Yes. Um, with the 13th being uh if the work doesn't get done, or I guess a weather delay. So 11th and 12th for sure, 13th if needed. And what hours did you all plan to do work? It's uh 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. All three days. Nine borings. Six in spring, one in Providence Way, one in North Bahara, and one in South Rihar. Have you spoken to this business here where it says that exit entrance is going to be closed during drilling? Um I have not personally at all. I'll make a note and confirm. Make sure they're aware that they can get in and out of their business which spring barrel source. Okay. And if they do, they'll just need to run that one of them. The other area out here to the alley. Yeah. So it wouldn't be completely shut down shut off.
