So we received three bids for the Maryland Avenue Community Center. And I'll open those and read out allows. This is from a cutter construction incorporated. The month sum based bid is seven hundred and thirty-eight thousand one hundred and ninety dollars. And then we have three alternates. Alternate one A is for partial height, gypsum, wall board, and metal studing for thirty-three thousand four hundred dollars. Alternate one B is for full height, gypsum wall board and metal stud framing, which is forty-eight thousand dollars. Alternate two for LBT flooring is forty thousand dollars, and alternate three for duct routing options is zero dollars. Alternate one A is twenty-nine thousand five hundred and twelve dollars. Alternate one B is forty-nine thousand six hundred and sixty dollars. Alternate two is twenty-eight thousand two hundred and eighty-four dollars, and alternate three is a deduct of one thousand three hundred and eighteen dollars. Say that last number again. It is a deduct of one thousand three hundred and eighteen dollars. And our third bid is from Martin Construction Company for a face bid of six hundred and ninety thousand dollars.
