1:21

Yeah,

Speaker 2

1:22

good morning.

1:23

Morning.

1:23

I think you have in front of you four contracts related to three of them very quickly related to the BOT from the campus modernization product, and then one for overall management and assistance for all of our DOTs or all of the law products that we have.

1:40

First one you have, I'll kind of go chronological words, okay?

1:43

Is uh the Clark Meets master agreement.

1:45

Uh that is set up as a not to exceed contract and will be directed and done through task orders.

1:53

So as we're doing various projects or meet various things done related to the bond projects and the DOTs and those kind of things, we will work with park deeds through task orders.

2:03

So we'll say, hey, we need ABC.

2:06

They'll supply us a task order with the cost and an estimate for that, and then we'll approve task order.

2:12

So we're just not doing a blanket thing.

2:14

We're gonna we're gonna operate under task orders on those things.

2:17

But it's uh that's that's the first one, and they're gonna assist obviously we can use them for a while on all of our projects they know our second anybody when it comes to our engineering uh for the plant and super, so it just makes sense to make sure that they're on our team as we're doing these projects and they'll this will assist

Unassigned speaker

2:35

that.

Speaker 2

2:36

The uh second one is Tower Pinkster.

2:39

Tower Pinksters uh already started working actually uh for us and they're helping right now on the campus modernization project.

2:46

Uh they have met with April's office in April.

2:48

They met with Mike and his office and staff and Chris, and we walked aside a few times.

2:54

So they are helping preliminarily just do some basically scoping stuff and sizing of buildings, offices, and various things.

3:04

So it's it's not as big as contract as it probably will be later when we fully get into the full bottom of architectural stuff, but it's more of just getting the footprint right and everything else.

3:15

Um that was a not to exceed 27,000.

3:19

Uh Clark's easy kind of followers of part deeds uh is foresight land and SME G or DO.

3:28

I think uh Clark Deeds is uh asked foresight to assist in some surveying and topographical uh assistance to get all of that done.

3:35

We're we're putting everybody under you know a faster or quicker time frame, so we're trying to just make sure the project's moving.

3:42

They're gonna supply it in, help them out, give us that topos and that uh survey information on everything.

3:49

And then that's a not to exceed 23,600.

3:52

And then SME uh geotechnical uh is working under sub or working with Clark Eats or doing just the technical stuff.

4:02

Uh if you guys you've been in the plan, obviously you've seen it where we're talking about building that side is on top of the full.

4:09

I keep calling that basing care, whatever you want to call it, but uh obviously that's gonna have to have work done to it, is it gonna have to be filled in?

4:16

Uh we're asking them to look at various options of whether we can just fill it in with the concrete base and everything else.

4:21

So they're gonna do all that testing for us to ensure and tell us exactly what we need to fill and how to fill it in order for us to involve

Unassigned speaker

4:29

it.

Speaker 2

4:31

That one is a not to exceed 16,600 lump sum, and they've made some extra requests on some potential borings.

4:40

I'd like to go ahead and get those approved, but I'll give it to Mike and Chris and those guys that's working with Wes and then and in his group to determine whether they really need those or not.

4:48

Um it'd be nice if you have people approved so keeping.

4:52

I can answer any questions you may have.
