Councilor at Lodge and Council President, Shane Burgo, and Council at Lodge and second by pre vice president Linda M. Morrad. Thank you all for coming. Do we have anything to read in the oh myself? Naomi County, Council at Large is the chair of appointments and briefings. Do we have anything to read in the record? Nothing to read in the record, but I did receive a uh text communication from Council Oliver that he will be unable to attend this meeting due to a uh family commitment. Okay. Madam uh Chair, number one, we received a communication from the um appointee uh saying he's unable to attend. I don't know if it's your desire to just wave the reading and table. Mayor Mitchell to the city council submitting the appointment of Maria Adamese. I apologize if I destroyed your name. Uh New Bedford Mass has a constable. It was referred here on September 25th, 2025. And 2A is the application, which was referred here on the same day. Two and two A are now before you. Well, I started um my real estate career about four years ago. Um I'm a full-time realtor, and I also have a um a property management partner with your landlord LLC, who we focus a lot of on tenants, helping them find um apartments, any type of housing. We work with different programs, um home base, section eight, you name it. Um and recently I was um in a conversation with the owner of your landlord LC to um be able to do the um whole constable situation with them. And um as far as with my whole real estate, I have other colleagues who I am like I work closely with who they are talking to me about being a constable as well.
