The Common Council of New Britain, Connecticut, held a public hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, beginning at 6:25 PM (per the agenda) in Council Chambers, City Hall, 27 West Main Street. The only agenda item was Item No. 36575, a resolution concerning the execution of a ground lease and land disposition agreement with the New Britain Housing Authority and JHM Group. The hearing was called to order with a roll call; no members of the public spoke, and the hearing was adjourned at 6:29 PM.
