A couple of council members are running a little late, but we'll get started as soon as we can. Good evening. This is a public hearing of the common council, Tuesday, March fourth. I call to order a public hearing. The time is now six thirty-three. Mr. Chair, make a motion to wave the reading. Motion made by Alvin Santiago, second by Alban Simpson. All those in favor? Oh, roll call. Here. Thank you, Ms. Clerk. I uh would ask Alderman Santa to repeat the waiving of legal notice. I make a motion to waive the legal notice. Second by Alderman Simpson. All those in favor? Aye. Aye. Yeah, I seven. Having noticed this meeting properly, we'll begin the public hearing. And if we have member uh folks in the audience, we I see we do. Uh please state your name and address for the record and limit your speaking time to three minutes. Uh we are only uh discussing tonight the items on the public hearing, which is item 36699, the purchase and sale agreement and development agreement for 25 Gilbert Street. And the second item is 36723, conveyance from the state of Connecticut, DO Department of Transportation of multiple right-of-way parcels of land in various locations along Route 72 and Route 9. So I will ask, are there any uh speakers, members of the public wishes address the this issue? Oh yes. We're having two meetings tonight. This is the public hearing on these items, and we'll have a planning zoning and housing uh subcommittee meeting immediately following this public hearing if uh if you're here for the main event. Okay, I'm here for that. Okay, thank you. Sorry. Yeah, no. All right, once any anybody wish to speak twice, three times hearing no members of the public wish to speak. Do we have any anybody uh calling in to testify? Hearing none, um there being no speakers, I will ask for a motion to adjourn. Mr. Chair, motion to adjourn.
