And we will begin with public participation, part of the meeting. Nobody is signed up on the list. And I don't believe we have any callers. So the last four numbers are what? Seven zero six nine. Heavenly Father, as we gather once again to conduct the business of the city of New Britain, we pause and take a moment to acknowledge that the responsibility of others is both a privilege and a blessing. As we enter this new month and begin to see the seasons change, remind us that change is a natural part of life. With every new season comes an opportunity to reflect on where we've been, recognize how far we've come, and recommit ourselves to the work that still lies ahead. Help us to never lose sight of the people we are here to serve. Behind every agenda item, every discussion, and every decision are residents, families, seniors, young people, and employees who are depending on us to lead with wisdom, integrity, and compassion. Bless those who serve our community each day, often without recognition or praise, protect our first responders, support our educators and city employees, and strengthen the families and businesses that continue to invest in and believe in New Britain. And as we begin this meeting, guide our hearts, our words, and our actions, and may we lead with purpose, serve with humility, and leave this city better because we are trusted, entrusted with the opportunity to serve.
