Uh outside of my passion for libraries in general, I'm in my fourth year of being part of the Friends of the New York Free Library and sharing our capital campaign for our new library currently under construction in Newark.

2:15

I do look forward to be off to be able to offer my experience in knowledge and relationship development with lab.

2:25

Particularly as it relates to our libraries in Newcastle County with funding and development.

2:32

Um as Val mentioned, uh as former mayor of Newark and with my years of experience in working with many nonprofits in Newcastle County.

2:43

Um I do believe my dedication to the community and to the county as a whole will be helpful uh with my advocacy experience, uh budget experience, policy experience, and really long-range planning.

2:58
