Our mission is to safeguard the heritage of the city of New Orleans by preserving and regulating historic landmarks and districts which reflect elements of its cultural, social, economic, political, and architectural history.

The Wembley Industries Incorporated Plant at 3949 Euphrazine Street was completed in 1971 as a men's necktie manufacturing facility located in northwest of downtown New Orleans.
