All right, good morning. We are going to go ahead and get started with the sales tax hearing of July twenty-ninth, twenty twenty-six. We are going forward at ten forty-five this morning. Uh Chair. If my parties will step forward for no lack. Tell me who you are and what capacity you're representing this entity in. We'll go back to number one. Um start off with 61-25. DPMJ LLC doing business as Bijou restaurant. We are going to go ahead and dismiss that one because they are permanently not doing business. The business is permanently closed according to Google. And what um the detective said when he tried to serve them. All right, I will grant the dismissal of the complaint against Bijou restaurant for lack of doing business. Yes. Um next matter is 075-25. Permittee Nicholas S. Carnot I fourth incorporated doing business as Cornet. We also are going to dismiss this one because after working with the attorney, we determined every all the fees and everything have been actually paid. All right, we will grant the dismissal of this complaint given that all of the fees are caught up and the allegations are loot at this point. Yes. Um next matter is 012-26 permittee whiskey and sticks LLC doing business as whiskey and sticks. Um they actually came into the office and entered into consent, and they agreed to pay $1,200 in 45 days, and it's due by August 16th, 2026. I will grant the consent judgment of $1,200 due in 45 days with a deadline of August 16th of 2026. The next matter is 014-26, the Blue Flamingo LLC doing business as a Blue Flamingo Sports and Bar Grill. Uh let's see, do we have anything for that? Um, so we do have service on them. I am unable to read the signature, but they were served on July 13th, and they were also served again on July 13th, but this one I can read is Derek Bolt and Isabella Newz, is what it appears to be. I'm sorry, no, that's the wrong one. It's just Derek Bolt. I cannot read the first signature to tell you who it was, but they were served on July 13th, and we are asking for their six month late period, and then there was a 10 months of no payment, and so a total of 16 late periods who were asking for a total of 400. And I'll let Portia explain. Good morning. Good morning. They have come in to enter into a payment plan with us. So as Lillian said, we are asking for a $25 administration fee for 16 periods. A total of $400. I will grant the fee of $400 to be how y'all want to have it paid. It'll be payable uh check credit card certified. No, I mean by like how long? How long? 30 days. 30 days. How long is their payment plan? Uh I believe it's a year. I don't have it in front of me, but I can go and um get that information if you need. Do you know how much their payment plan is a month? I can check that as well. I don't know the exact dollar amount of how much. All right, I will grant the amount of four hundred dollars, but I'm a little hesitant on the 30-day component, given that if they did monthly payments, I feel like that might be overwhelming to them. Um offer them 45 days.
