Um pleased to be here in this capacity, uh, presenting and recommending uh Austin Wilty uh for the position of director of the Department of Property Management.

Uh Austin has uh extensive experience working with the city, a strong background uh managing and leading people, and I think in this role in particular, uh one of the areas where I think he's gonna be able to help us bring the most uh or a lot of benefit is around the management of contracts and our leases.

Uh Austin has a law background, graduated from the University of Georgia, and I think there's a a significant opportunity for us here to look at leases both in terms of uh where we have tenants and where we are the tenant and managing those leases so that we can maximize revenues and also reduce our internal costs.

Um also he's already making some good moves for us in terms of managing our properties.
