Good afternoon. Uh this is a regular meeting of the municipal civil service commission. Today's Wednesday, January twenty-eighth, twenty twenty six. We're in uh council conference room. The time is three thirty-six. We have the chairman of the commission, uh, Bishop Fets and Lee. Here. We have Commissioners Margaret Chadwick and Wadalupe Avila. Here. First item on the agenda are minutes to the meeting held on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, at three thirty-four for your approval. I move to accept the meeting minutes as written. I second them. First item uh that we have next is a job specification for the city of Nurichell. Uh for the title of traffic shop foreman. We have revised the job specs. Um just so that we can get uh a little bit more uh larger pool of candidates to apply uh for your approval. I think it's a great idea. I think you know, we've opened it up to similar departments, but I think it's a great way for somebody who's been working in one of those departments to take a step up. Yes, which is terrific. So I definitely approved. Can I second that? Okay. Approved. Um, I didn't uh bring any non-competitive or provisional appointments uh since our last meeting or probationary appointments. Um we do not have any um eligible lists to establish at this time. We do have some lists to extend or terminate. I will read them out and then you can tell me if you oppose to any of them. Um eligible list to extend uh our assistant custodian list number twenty-six ninety, extend until three sixteen twenty-seven. Director of public information list number twenty-six ten extend until two twenty-one twenty-seven. Police captain list number twenty-six oh three, extend until two twenty-one twenty-seven. Police lieutenant list number twenty-six oh two, extend until two twenty-one twenty-seven. Police officer list uh number two six six five, extend until five twenty-one twenty-seven. Recreation leader list, number twenty-six oh seven, extend until three twenty-seven twenty-seven. And recreation supervisor list number twenty-six oh eight, extend until three twenty-seven twenty-seven. There's an eight in there on the commission. Um, the only correction I see here that I might have to make is an in the top list assistant custodian list. I believe it should be list number twenty-six oh nine. Ah, okay. Not twenty-six ninety. Okay. Um, I'll I'll double check the number, but that's the assistant custodian list to extend. That's perfect. Yes. Um, all for your approval. I approve. I approve to all. Okay. Approved. The next uh item is the exam schedule for February. We have exams on February seventh for deputy fire chief and fire chief.
