Good evening, everyone, and welcome to the February twenty twenty-six meeting of the municipal arts commission. My name is Marissa Bowen. I'm the chairperson. Three other board members are here with us tonight, Fred Spinowitz. To my left, Jane Walls and Michael Moreira. From the building department, we have Joe Gullierwell, and from the Department of Development, we have Kevin Jimenez who will be calling out cases. Um that is nineteen dash two zero two five application by Lloyd Silverman to install one awning at one thirty-eight North Avenue. Um list of new cases, first case um on the agenda, um, one dash two zero two six application by Nicola Doyle to install illuminated channel letter sign at twenty east main street. Um move on to case the second case on the agenda. Uh case number two. Application by Jal Ferguson for the installation of glass structures and street level windows as part of a private arts better at eleven garbage. Oh. The first two, and we have the different pieces of the last three. We have having the works as well. We'll pass these two. These are the same things. These are the same, yeah. Beautiful. Yeah. Nice. Okay. Are you ready to install? It's uh well, so these two are finished. Um so originally um original proposal we were um gonna do the first two install and then complete the last three, but uh just to talk with the building further. We've kind of slightly shifted that to installing them all together uh when they're all finished, I think it'll be a bigger impact. Um, you know, it'll be big old thing. From nothing to you know fully uh beautified. Okay. So we're just here to vote. Yeah, they they gave an informal presentation before if you remember, uh, but they didn't have the formal application and referral and all that. So now they have all their formal paperwork in and they're back for a vote. Someone likely to motion to approve this. Motion to approve. Second. All in favor? Motion passes. Thank you.
