And just a point of personal privilege. Yesterday we got to honor Deputy Commissioner Parks and Rec, Lauren O'Connor for part of the city's Irish Heritage celebration. Well deserved recognition. Moving on to our agenda. The first item on our agenda, may I have a motion and a second approving the minutes for the regular legislative meeting of Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, and the committee of the whole session for Tuesday, February 10th, 2026. Stern and Kay. All in favor say aye. Any opposed. Note the submission of minutes for the regular legislative meeting of Tuesday, February 17th, 2026, and the committee of the whole session of Tuesday, March 10th, 2026. Okay, there's no presentation. We have several items for the consent agenda, items number two through 11, which last week we previously moved to this portion of our meeting. Are there any questions or comments on any of those items? Hearing none, may I have a motion and a second adopting items two through eleven, please? Kay and Oshan Loyer. All in favor say aye. Any opposed. Moving on to item number 12 and 13 are resolutions. We're being asked to vote on both of them. 12 is the proposed appointment of participatory budget steering committee chairperson. This was discussed in executive session last week. Councilman Storin, do you have anything you'd like to add? I'm just grateful for her service. Excellent. Anything anyone else would like to add on item number 12? Stern. Thank you, Councilman Peter. I think she lives in your district. There you go. May I have a motion and a second adopting this resolution, please. I'm assuming Stern. I'm gonna say Peter's. All in favor say aye. Any opposed? Brilliant. Moving on to item number 13, which is a proposed authorization to submit a shared services grant application to the New York State Local Government Records Management Improvement Fund and to enter into a shared services agreement with the New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency relative to this grant.
