Good afternoon. Welcome. Madam Administrate. This is a regular meeting of the municipal civil service commission. Today's Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. And the time is 3 41, and we're in council conference room. We have the chairman of the commission, Bishop Fetson Leak. Yeah. And we have Commissioner Margaret Chadwick. Here. Wadalupe is absent today. First item on the agenda are the minutes to our previous meeting held on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026 at 3 36 for your approval. I move to accept the minutes as written. Okay. But it's accepted. Okay, approved. Next item on the agenda in the department section. We have a job specification for the Nurshell Public Library. It's the Human Resource and Accountant Coordinator job spec. It's a new title that they they're going to be using for your approval. I've had time to look at it, and I don't think I have any questions. Do you? I don't have any questions at this time. I think it's it's okay to approve this. Yes, absolutely. Approved. In the next section, we have residency requests from the city of Nero Shell. The finance department has requested to change the residency for the purchasing specialist to Westchester County. We did um put the posting up uh as a promotion and we did not get any applications, so they would we actually got um one application, I believe. So they would like to uh post to Westchester County. Um okay with that. Okay. Okay with that. Absolutely okay to proposing. Uh in the public works department, we have engineering technician position and a construction engineer position. Both were posted uh promotion, and we now want to post it open competitive because we only had one candidate apply um for the position for one of the positions. Um this is an engineering position, so um it was that yes, it's special. So uh you know um I actually suggested that they uh request West Justice. Okay, approved in the next section with the eligible list to be established. We have a few lists. I got some results, and we have a few lists to establish for a period of one year until 325, 2027. Police lieutenant list number 2705, police captain list number 2706, budget analyst list number 2707, assistant superintendent of sewers list number 2711, executive director uh of the office of IT list number 2712, infrastructure and support supervisor list uh promotion list number 2713 and traffic shop form and promotion list number 2714, uh all for uh establishing for a period of one year until 325 27 with your approval. I approve. Okay, Bishop approved, approved. Eligible list to extend or terminate. Um at our last meeting, um I requested to uh extend assistant custodian list number 2690 until 316 27. Um it should really be 31927, so I wanted to extend it those extra three days just to have the years um in sequence. The corrections fine with me. Yes, absolutely. Um I have also a dispatch clerk list number 2668 to extend until 416 27 and recreation supervisor to list uh list number 2608 to extend until 327 2027 with your approval.
