Good afternoon, Madam Administrator. This is a regular meeting of the municipal civil service commission. Today's Wednesday, April 15th, and the time is 3:39. We have the chairman of the commission, Bishop Fetzenleak. Commissioners uh Guadalupe Avila and Margaret Chadwick. Here okay. First item on the agenda are minutes to our previous meeting held on Wednesday, March 25th at 341 for your approval. I move to accept the minutes as written. I second that. Minutes have been moved. Second. Approved. Approved. Thank you. We're gonna go down to the next section, which is in residency request. Uh we have the school that we previously approved a residency request for the assistant director of food service. It was a request to post it at New York State. Um, and it was approved via email on April 4th, 2026. This is just for information, so we have it on record. Um I have uh we it just got posted, so we don't have many applications yet. It's only been out for like two or three days. We still will say on top of that. Yes. And we'll have what two weeks on there, two weeks on it, yes. Um in the next section, we're gonna go down to the non-competitive and or provisional appointments or probationary appointments. I did not put them on here. I will try to do it for the next um meeting. Eligible list to be established. I received results recently for the operations manager promotion list number 2715 uh to establish for a period of one year until April 15th, 2027 for approval. I approve. Yes, I approve. Okay, approved microphone. Okay, so the operations manager list was approved for a period of one year till April 15th, 2027. Great. Thank you. Um, eligible list to be extended or terminated. We have several lists that I saw needed to be extended. I'm gonna go through them. If there's any objections, just let me know, and then at the end you can tell me if if they're approved or not. Okay. Bookkeeper open list number 2680 to extend until 521, 2027. Senior account clerk open competitive list number 2681. Extend until 521, 2027. Senior Data Manager open list number 2671, extend until 416, 2027. Senior Network Specialist, open list number 2679, extend until 521 27. Senior Systems Engineer for the library, list number 2677 to extend until 521 27. Systems engineer open list number 2678 to extend until 521 2027 with your approval.
