Councilmember Tarantino here. Councilmember Peters here. Councilmember Aston Laye. Here. Councilmember Kay. And Councilmember Stone here. Excellent. And good evening again on this beautiful April evening. Um, before we start our meeting, I wanted to um ask for a moment of silence in honor of former city council member Catherine Conroy. We received word that she passed away on April sixteenth at the age of eighty-three. She served on the city council from January first, nineteen ninety-four to December thirty-first, nineteen ninety-five. Also served on the zoning board from January twenty-third, nineteen ninety to April thirtieth, nineteen ninety-two. Um, during that time, she was appointed chairperson on May second of nineteen ninety, uh, reappointed on April thirtieth and nineteen ninety-two, resigned August fourth of nineteen ninety-three. She was the daughter of former New York State Governor Malcolm Wilson, and I have to say her obituary is um it's a fun read. So I if you if you have some time, I would encourage you to a nice a nice history. So a moment of silence for Mrs. Conrad. Um I will ask for a motion and a second to approve the minutes for the regular legislative meeting of Tuesday, February seventeenth, twenty twenty-six, and the committee of the whole session of Tuesday, March tenth, twenty twenty-six.
