Good afternoon.

I'm Catherine White, Executive Director of the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce, and we are thrilled to be here today for the grand opening of The End Tavern.

It's been a long time coming, but the wait has well been worth it.

The place is gorgeous.

It's sleek, it's dynamic, it's fun, and it's going to provide hours and hours of entertainment for people who come down to hang out with the owner Gianni and to meet new friends and just relax.

So it's going to be a great opening and a great day.

There'll be a big weekend celebration as well.

We're thrilled to be here.

Friends and family are here with us, and we have many other people with us, including, of course, Mayor Yadira Ramos Herbert.

There she is.

She is the director of MWBE for Westchester County, representing the county executive, and she's also a city council rep here in Neurochelle.

I have Cameron Stanford with us.

He is the legislative aide to Terry Clements, Westchester County legislator, who sends her regards.

This is her district, which she was unable to attend, so she just sends best well wishes.

So thank you very much, everyone.

And uh with that, I would like to call up the mayor to say a few words of welcome.

So Johnny, I just want to say thank you so much for choosing New Rochelle a second time.

And fun fact, he has another business on Union Avenue, and that's the council rep for Union Avenue, Martha Lopez.

I'll give you a week.

So I just really honestly respect the entrepreneurial spirit and energy that it takes to kind of build something from your brain to make it look the way you thought, to make sure that making the math, math, and making sure you understand marketing in two different businesses, and for you choosing Rochelle to grow your vision and your dreams.

We're really honored, and whatever we can do to help ensure you're successful, we will do.

So congratulations today, okay?

Economic development is very important to the county.

And it's better yet when it comes to the Rochelle.

So we want to be there for all support to help in any way that we can.

And the county executive couldn't be here, but he sends his greetings, and he also wants you to know that the county's there to help in any way possible.
