So thank you all for being so on time. At today's hearing, the committee will hold a vote on a pre-considered resolution sponsored by me to hold. Sorry, to approve a modification of the city's budget pursuant to charter section one hundred seven E. This resolution would approve a request received from the director of the mayor's office of management and budget to appropriate new city revenues in fiscal year 2026 in the amount of 504.4 million. In addition, the committee will hold a vote on ten preconsidered resolutions that would approve requests of the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to grant real property tax exemptions under Article 11 of the Private Housing Finance Law.
