• Public Hearing and Consideration of Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Off-Street Parking at 212 Division St. S.
  Chair Kuhlmann opened the public hearing at 6:34 PM. Associate City Planner Mathias Hughey presented a PowerPoint overview, noting staff support for the CUP. Matt Ganter of Rebound Enterprises provided additional information and answered commissioner questions. No public testimony was offered. The public hearing was closed by motion (Commissioner Schmidt, seconded Commissioner Menard, carried 6-0).

• Staff Updates
  City Planner Mikayla Schmidt announced she will be going on maternity leave in the coming weeks, with WSB consulting filling in during her absence. Schmidt and Associate Planner Hughey reviewed ongoing projects around town. Council member Holmes provided updates from the City Council regarding winter/downtown parking, traffic around schools, and the Cannon River Regional Park.
