I I do want to I do I do have to say something about the uh about the letter from uh from attorney craven. Uh I would like to I would like the record to reflect that he is he's saying that he was uh request to extend the existing master plan approval by all means and intents the fact that the new approval was uh filed and recorded rescinded any grandfather rights that he had. So he had there was absolutely no way this was coming back for an actual uh grant grant. So I just want to make sure to make sure the ref record reflects that it was an inappropriate request to begin with. I would tend to agree with you. Okay, next thing we have on the agenda, item 3B is a revised uh surety reduction for Dustin Howell. I see the applicant is here, and without going to the details, uh you had an opportunity. Yeah, that's fine. I yeah, I spoke with uh Nicole and I think uh Andrew at the site. Adam. Adam. Yep, I'm an agreement. Okay. Um rather than await this, so the line here about the multiple items have not been maintained, that the fixing those items is included in this estimate. I think that's why there wasn't clear to me as I read that. That's how I read the change. That it was it was increased to put it back. To put it back in. Yeah, yeah, those items are leaves, uh, a little bit of silt. Uh it's been addressed. Um probably and you'll probably be back next month back to the other number. Well, yeah, I we've already we we did the final top code, the last game is pretty much finished. Just for the record. Let's let's come on up here for a minute. I'm sorry. Yeah. James Dusty. I I I was just asking if uh, you know, the that you heal the applicant will probably be back in very soon restoring the previous bond reduction amount because of the work being in progress. Yeah, exactly. So it's moving quickly. Um typically if I was building all the houses, I do a monolithic pour when everything is done. I do all the driveways, but I don't know. I sold everything as of uh the fall. So I own nothing. So I'm just trying to just finish the road, my obligation at this point. So okay. Uh thank you. There you go. Thank you.
