Uh an opportunity for citizens to address the sign review board on matters which are scheduled on this agenda for consideration by the board, but not scheduled as a public hearing.

In order to address the sign review board during the public comments, a public meeting appearance card must be completed and presented to the city secretary prior to the start of the sign review board meeting.

SRB 25-0016 consideration for the request for the outfront media for a permit for non-conformity of chapter 106 signs of the Northwoods and Hills Code of Ordinances to allow a digital billboard conversion at 6200 Northeast loop 820, being 1.84 acres.

Uh this is a request for uh essentially the conversion of a portion of a billboard to a digital billboard face.

Uh this is a billboard located on the south side of loop 820.

Uh this is right on the uh city limit line uh between Haltham City and North Richland Hills,

uh

located adjacent to the right-of-way for Tex Rail.

And

neck adjacent to the bridge that goes over uh loop 820.

Uh

so some images of the sign.

Uh the sign under consideration is this area here, just adjacent to the golf course.

A

little bit closer view as you're approaching the uh roof snow holiday lane exit.

Uh this was a sign that was relocated from the north side of the freeway uh in 2012 uh to the south side due to the uh expansion of the freeway at that particular time.

Uh

so if you're looking back west on uh loop A20 over the railroad bridge, you can see the sign there on the south side of the freeway, just adjacent to the uh community enrichment center building there on Metalakes Drive.

Uh

and this is the view from their driveway, so it is slightly visible from Metal Lakes Drive, but as you get up on the property, uh this is the the sign itself looking for the back parking lot of the CEC site.

So

the applicants are here to uh provide some information about the project.

Uh we'll follow up with some additional information recommendations.
