I gotta start reading pretty soon here. So you know I'm already thirteen seconds behind schedule. There it is. All right, we ready to roll. Good evening, welcome to North Reds on Hills special City Council meeting. It is five o'clock, and I will call the November seventeenth, twenty twenty-five City Council meeting to order. Quorum of the city council is present. The evening is the evening. The meeting has been duly posted in accordance with TechSoup Meetings Act of the Texas Government Code. We will start from the invocation. Let's pray. Dear Heavenly Father, in this season of Thanksgiving, we have so much to be thankful for. We're thankful for being able to live in a country that has freedom of worship, freedom to vote. We're thankful for our first responders where they rush in during an emergency. We're thankful for our teachers and our educators who are tasked with educating and training the next generation. No, Mayor. Moving on to the next item, which is to approve the resolution 2025-045, canvasing in the results of November 4th, 2025 special election and declaring the results of the Charter Amendment election. Yes, thank you, Mayor. Good evening, Mayor and Council. We are here this evening to consider resolution number 2025-045, which declares the results of the final numbers for the Charter Amendment election that was held on November fourth. As you can see on the slide in front of you, and for those um watching from home, all propositions passed by an overwhelming margin, I might add. So proposition A, those in uh for 8,018 against 2,250. Proposition B, 8,145 for 2,158 against. Proposition C, 9,215 for 1069 against. Proposition D, 7,550 against 2,505. Proposition E, 7,866 against 2,237. Proposition F 8,262 against 1,738. We had a total for this election of registered voters, voters, excuse me, 48,889. And of the registered voters, we had 10,716 who voted. That's a percentage of 21.92 percent for our voter turnout. That is um normal for a November election when we have something else on the ballot. I provided the cumulative report as well as a precinct report at your seats. Staff is requesting that city council approve resolution number 2025-045, canvassing the special election and declaring the results of the charter amendment election. Happy to answer any questions. What was the countywide uh percent of vote of the registered voters? You know, I don't have that on the front of this last time. I don't have it in front of me, but I could I could look it up and send out an email to the council. I think it was 17, so I think we did better than the overall the county, so that was good. Got to get a motion. Mr. Mayor, I move we approve resolution 2025-045. Thank you. Uh second. Thank you. Any more discussion?
