Um this is the uh City of Pacific Grove City Council special meeting agenda. Wednesday, September third, 2025 at 5 p.m. Council Chamber, City Hall, 300 Forest Avenue, Pacific Grove, California. Under the Brown Act, public comment for matters on the agenda must relate to that agenda item and public comments for matters not on the agenda must relate to the subject matters jurisdiction of the legislative body. This is a warning that if the member member attending this meeting remotely or in person violates the Brown Act by failing to comply with these requirements of the Brown Act, then the mayor or chair, which is me, may request that speaker be muted. If a member of the public attending this meeting in person engages in disruptive behavior, that disturbance disturbance, the orderly conduct of this meeting, they may be removed from the meeting after a warning, pursuant to council policy zero zero zero-17. This is Pacific Grove meeting, uh conducted in person at City Hall chambers and virtually. Good. Um the special meeting deals with uh Mr. Mayor, Mr. Mayor Party, a vote, please. Oh oh yes. I'll be glad to uh we have two closed sessions this evening. The first one's a conference with real property negotiators pursuant to government code section five four nine five six point eight. Uh the property is uh uh seventy-seven or similar. Um Pacific Grove, uh it's uh known as the Pacific Grove golf links. The agency negotiators are listed in the agenda, the negotiat as are the negotiating parties um under negotiation or price in terms of payment for this lease. Uh we have a another uh closed session item. Uh also real estate uh for point Pinos Krill. Uh 79 is Almar uh Boulevard and the agency negotiators are listed in the agenda, as are the negotiating parties and under negotiation or price in terms of payment for that lease.
