Parker County Commissioners Court Regular Meeting – March 24, 2025

Plats (Item 10)

The court considered numerous plat-related actions for each precinct, including final plat approvals, revisions, waivers of groundwater studies, extensions and releases of letters of credit, acceptance of special warranty deeds and performance bonds, and initiation of a no-thru truck route process. Specific subdivisions included:

• Precinct 1: Everlaugh Wood, Collins Addition, Home Place Acres, Upper Denton RV Resort, Andy Ranch, Bittersweet Springs, Thomas Len Estates.
• Precinct 2: The Reserve at Taylor Ranch, Kally Way Addition, Mason Meadows, Quail Springs Ranch, Muslims United PH 2, Monarch Manor Phase 3, Whispering Winds Phases 1 & 2, and initiation of a no-thru truck route on North Bend and Advance Roads.
