• Item I.A: The Court considered and approved the canvass of the Constitutional Amendment Election. Crickett Miller, Elections Administrator, presented the results. A motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by County Judge Pat Deen, carried unanimously. (Commissioner Conley was absent.)

Canvass of Bond Election Returns

• Item I.B: The Court considered and took action on an order canvassing the returns of a bond election held on November 4, 2025.
  • Proposition A: Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, carried unanimously.
  • Proposition B: Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, carried unanimously.
