- Approval of S5 Farmers Market Package Sales Liquor License for With Love The Elliotts, LLC dba Griffin's (1148 Central Ave, Wilmette, IL): Moved and seconded. Discussion Items
- Amendment to Harp & Fiddle Concessions Liquor License to Include Driving Range: Brent Dolan, Oakton facility superintendent, presented the proposal. The amendment would allow beer and wine sales at the driving range at Oakton Sports Complex, which is on the same property as the existing Harp & Fiddle concession. The driving range is an enclosed, gated structure with separate staff and serving window. No incidents have occurred at the existing concession since it opened. The board discussed and expressed consensus to move forward; city legal will prepare the ordinance for City Council consideration.
New Business
- Temporary Liquor License Report: The board received a report on temporary licenses issued, for information only.
- Future Meeting: The board noted that a special meeting may be called in approximately two weeks to issue a license for mimosa service by another applicant (Elia). City Council had adjusted the proposed hours for that license from 8 AM–1 PM (applicant's request) to 9 AM–12 PM, with the board's previous recommendation of 10 AM start.
