Meeting Transcript

From readers to leaders. You are called the Panthers, right? Panthers are known for me the ferocious, are having a strong war. If I may ask you, would you help me demonstrate a ferocious war from Panthers? When I come to three, I want to hear the loudest and strongest war. One, two, three. That is awesome. That is an amazing and credible. I want to share just something brief with you. That you should be ferocious in life. Ferocious as you pursue your education and your dreams. To be courageous, to never back down and always go forward so that you can honor the work and sacrifices made by those who believe in your parents and your teachers and all those who have invested in making these things possible. You know, as I was sitting there, I was looking at the teachers who are sitting there with the students. Some of us give the privilege to have microphones, to be in the front of the pictures. And we need to recognize that our names are mentioned every single day, not just symbolically, literally. You are there with the students. You lower yourself to their level. You attempt to condescend complex and difficult information and ideas and thoughts so that they can be seen and processing. You plant seeds that people don't often get to see the fruit when it comes years from now, empty from that. You are so important, paramount to the development of these children who are in the most crucial stages of their lives when the most stressful. Every single one of you, if I may come down like your teachers, share every single one of you as students have the ability to make a difference, to change the world, to do something remarkable, whether it's with your smile, or studying, or helping someone out, and not just with words, being there with someone, putting your hand on your shoulder, encouraging them, seeing another student that feels lonely, and maybe they're new, and you come out and say, I'll be your friend. Do you want to play with us? Bring them into your group with every little act to make a difference. And those differences combine and come together and change the world. Dr. Virginia, when I met with you, I told you, I believe in your school and the values and principles and you still and all of the children. I continue with that commitment. Every single day, this city is blessed to see the progress and the efforts and so you know who are driven, perhaps compelled by something great among themselves, so profoundly moved inside that they have no other choice but to let it pour out and invest in the lives of others. I'm concluding this as I consider those who don't do construction, those who invested financially, parents can invest everything with their time, with their efforts, with everything that they are. Imagine if you will, those who were doing the work construction, the painting, making sure that everything's up to cold. Imagine on the day you're working in it when we found one person. We're gonna make it ready, we would have some doubt. In fact, it's unrealistic, preposterous, I imagine. Because there's no way one person can do it home. It takes a lot of individuals skilled in many different areas, whether architects, whether those who are going to design, those who can see something that's not there, those are compete, those who are in nature and no quarter spot. I recommend to thank those who put the work in because they knew it was more than just a building, but a home for children and educated development back to the point. If you consider it cannot just be one person that's made it, I'm often credited with the success of the city. But there's no way that this city could succeed, could rise, could continue forward in progress, if not for the collaborative efforts of every single individual from parents to educators to professionals to investors, those who bring financial support, those who volunteer hours, those who could use our children, without the collective efforts of everyone. Our city cannot possibly succeed. You know, our media uh czar director here when they came to the school in second grade. He remembered it as he was walking through the walls and said, This place looks amazing. Someone who actually walked through these halls years ago, decades ago, and it's not that just a little how to keep going. Just a little while ago was personally impacted and encouraged and inspired. Inspired. Because he said these kids are making a remarkable education. You know, I love the fact that the A was added to Stephen underneath scheme, but we can still pronounce them because art is so important in education. And I'll finish my words with this tourge, judge to all the faculty, to the board or president, parents, and all partners, so that we guys mentioned this council, this is a teacher from anyone. We make an art out of serving, out of education, out of helping these children together. It is truly the most remarkable masterpiece that any city or community could create. Inspire and empower and create children and move forward to change the world.
