The Payson Town Council held a special meeting on April 17, 2025, at Town Hall Council Chambers, 303 N. Beeline Highway, Payson, Arizona. Mayor Stephen Otto called the meeting to order at approximately 5:01 p.m. The sole public agenda item was consideration and action to adjourn into executive session under A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(1), (2), and (3) for the Council’s initial review of Town Manager applications and to receive legal advice on conducting interviews. The public session lasted from about 5:01 p.m. until adjournment at approximately 8:17 p.m., after the closed executive session.
